At Radical Reality we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your booking and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

If you agree, we shall pass on your personal information only to our group of companies so they may offer you their products and services.

We will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of our group

We will never pass on your details and the only newsletters you will receive from sharing your information with us is from us.

We will give you the chance to refuse or opt out of any marketing email from us.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting our Customer Services department.

If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct them.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We use FIRST DATA payment system as our secure payment method. We will never ask you directly for your credit or debit card details over email and all online payments will be done via FIRST DATA’S secure server. In the case of taking payments over the phone, to ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If you have any questions/ comments about privacy, you should contact our Customer Services. If you contact us for details of existing information that we hold about you it is important that you quote your original email address, as used at the time you first contacted us. We may be unable to trace your details without this.
